Mr. and Mrs. G. Russell Morgan, of
Hillsboro, former Coquille residents,
came in last'Saturday and were mem­
bers of the gathering which met at
the W. H. Fortier cottage at Croft
Lake last Sunday. Lieut Earl Hamil­
ton, who is Mrs. Morgan's son, and
his wife who have also been here

department, was a Coquille visitor
last Friday night and Saturday.

of Mrs. Ralph Taylor, are moving
later this month to Portland where
he has purchased a home and will
retire. He has been employed at the
Smith Wood-Products plant for the
past eleven years.

visitor from Lebanon last Saturday.

Tuesday morning for Portland where
she was to enter the hospital and un­
dergo a very serious operation.
Out of town relatives who came for
the funeral of Mrs. Margaret McLeod,
held here on Monday, were Otto

Mrs. Betty Hayworth and Gail, all
of Eugene, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Tal-
