The residents of the county sent

$218.20, of which the National Foun­
dation retained 50 per cent, sending
the eooe County Chapter a check in
the amount of $109.10.
Receipts from all other sources in
the county amounted to $404.21, in­
cluding coin collectors; direct contri­
butions from organiaztlons such as
Granges, Labor Unions, Schools, per­
sonal contributions and other col­
lections taken up at various sports
events, such as basketball games, etc.
Out of the total proceeds of $822.41,
expenses covering supplies, postage
and express, printing, etc., to the
amount of $56.61, were deducted,
leaving a net balance of $565.80, of
which $281.10 was sent into the Na-
