In Justice Court
The Past Week
Drue Cunningham and C. K. Nor-
cott are expected back in a day or
two from a trip on which they left
the forepart of last week. Drue went
up to Idaho to move his tennant from
the ranch he recently sold in the gem
state to one he purchased near Vale,
Ore. Mr. Norcott stopped at Nyssa
to visit a eon until Mr. Cunningham
returned.
Dan Cardwell, who la working in
the Mold Loft office at the Oregon
Shipyard, was home to see his moth­
er, Mrs. Pearl Cardwell, and his sis­
ters last week-end. He has been in
Portland over a year helping to
build those big Liberty Ships. He
reports he likes his work very much.

day morning from Portland, where
