Henry W. Baumgartner, a pioneer
of the Riverton section for many
'years, passed away Sunday night at
¡Mercy Hospital in North Bend, death
being due to the infirmities of old age.
The funeral services will be held
at two o'clock this afternoon at the
Schroeder Bros.” chapel, Rev. Mr.
Freisan of Bandon officiating.
Mr. Baumgartner was born at
i Abingdon, Virginia, Feb. 14, 1897, he­
wing two months and 22 days past
85 years of age.

Since retiring from active work on
the ranch five years ago, he has
made his home with his daughter,
Mrs. F. E. Hull at Bandon, his wife
