time of unloading by a Metals Re
serve Company sampler.
Analysis
will be made by a Metals Reserve
Company analyst.

Payment—As soon as analysis, in
cluding moisture determination, is
obtained, settlement sheet, together
with check in payment, will be mailed
to Seller from Buyer’s Portland, Ore
gon, office.
Weighing, sampling,
analysis and classification by Metals
Reserve Company shall be final and
conclusive.
Rejection—Buyer will reject any
ore or concentrates which do not
conform to. the applicable require
ments and specifications set forth
above. Any and all ore rejected by
Buyer must be removed by Seller
within 15 days after mailing of no
tice of rejection. Any and all ore
not removed by Seller as. above pro
vided mafi’W the option of Buyer,
