Chauffeurs Must Renew Licenses Applications for renewal of chauf feurs* licenses are now being received at the secretary of state's office. Cur rent chauffeur licenses expire Dec .31, after which 1041 licenses will be re quired. ' » No renewal notices are sent out, but holders of current permits may fill out the form on the reverse side of thgir license cards and send it to Salem along with the renewal fee of one dollar. Persons who do not hold current licenses are required to take the state examination for chauffeurs before being issued their 1041 cards.
