To date the following students have
applied for transcripts for entrance to
the various western schools. Uni­
versity of Oregon drawing the most
students, with applications from:
Leonard Farr, Yvonne Kern, Barbara
Leslie, Kennett Lawrence, Jack Mar­
tin, Rolph Fuhrman, Margaret Wer-
nich, Rolph Fuhrman, Jack Towne,
Eileen Percy, and Betty Sproul. Ore­
gon Teachers College will receive
Lorraine Kenison and Violet Howard.
Oregon State College applicants are:
Pat McKeown and Fred Watson. Ann
Hawkins will enter St. Helen’s Hall
at Portland, James Richmond will
enter the University of Southern Cal­
ifornia at Los Angeles on a scholar­
ship. Ralph Thrift will enter Stan­
ford University. Janie Kramer will
enter Marylhurst College, having re­
ceived a scholarship.
Starting August 21, Mr. Osika will
be at the high school to assist new
students with their registration, and
discuss changes in schedule with
those who have already registered.
To date 276 have registered.
