Although it is felt that McKinley will defeat the Junior Chamber team tonight, there is a possibility that Cowbell Dairy might give the Ply wood a close shave Friday evening. This would be a possible upset if such is likely to occur. The play-off of the Cowbell-Pas time game Wednesday evening has not been recorded in the above tally and standing of teams, but it is be lieved that one of the strongest teams in the league is the Pastime aggre gation, although getting off to a late start has made some outstanding play and even toppled the touted Plywood team, a distinction ^go_other team has r JUST ARRIVED Shipment of 4th of JULY FIREWORKS Including .... ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ I Coquille Merchants Team Tames The Empire Buckaroos League Standing W Coquille 3 Port Orford 3 Marshfield 3 Empire McKinley SPARKLERS FIRE CRACKERS SKY ROCKETS CAP PISTOLS NOVELTY GOODS Open Sunday and Evening» Highway Grocery MARSHFIELD HIGHWAY PAGE SEVIN 0 L 1 I 1 3 FC .887 .607 •M7 .000 The Coquille Merchants ball club came through with a win at Empire last Sunday when they scored six runs to the Buckaroos’ four, after the latter had led up to the fifth inning.
