The recent two months’ contest be­
tween ‘^Winnie’s Wranglers," headed
by Mrs. Adamson and the “Galloping
Go-Getters,"with Mrs. O. B. Harri­
man as captain, was brought to a
cloae the first of March, with Win­
nie’s Wranglers being the winners.
They were given a lovely party in
Pioneer Hall last Thursday afternoon,
which was attractively decorated for
the occasion. At the guessing games,
prizes were won by Mrs. John Zan-
ders, Mrs. Gladys Gano and Mrs.
R. E. Boober. An interesting pro-
gram was presented with the first
feature a quartette composed of Mary
Jane and Donna Dunn, Beverly Nor­
ton and Ann Hawkins, singing “Come
Holy Spirit." They were accom­
panied by Margaret Smith. Laura
Emily Ruble played two pleasing
piano solos and Beverly Laurence
was splendid in a pianologue, “Stay
in your own backyard.”. Members of.

tures for a guessing contest but so
few were recognizable, the contest
was called off. > ’ .
