At the Gold Medal contest of the
County W. C. T. U. held in the Pioneer
Methodist Church Friday evening,
Billie Alcorn, of Coquille, won the
medal. The program was presented
by Mrs. Esta Ellis and wu well at­
tended. Vocal «elections by some of
the youngsters were much enjoyed.
There were five contestants and all
did exceptionally well. They were:
Wilma Wolf, Judson Cornwall, Jane
Oerding, Elvin Wldmark and Billie
Alcbrn.
