332 First Street, Cequllle, Orefon
Sibley, weighed 40 pounds.
The first fish of the season, both
on Canfield riffle and in the lower
bay, were caught by the “fishing
editor” Reuben Young, of Gold
Beach.. Young formerly carried a
slogan under the masthead of his
Curry County Reporter that read:
“This newspaper will be out Thurs
day if the editor isn’t fishing.” Now
that he has become the ace fisherman
of the lot, his friends, according to
reports, are expecting the slogan to
be replaced.—Western World.
