BREWSTER VALLEY
The entire community was shocked
and saddened by the untimely pass­
ing of Alice Barbara Obe rm an. She
had been in the hospital in Myrtle
Point for about two weeks with a
kidney trouble. Folks hardly realized
her seridus condition until she passed
1 way early Saturday morning. She
was 15 years, six months and eleven
days old and was bom at Oakland.
She came to Dora with her parents
at the age of three and has lived in
this vicinity since. She leaves her
mother and father, Mr. and Mrs.
Chas. Oberman; a brother, Dean, aged
12; two sisters. Hazel, aged 8, and
Evelyn, aged 5. She was a sweet girl
and was loved by everyone who knew

The boy scouts had their second
