Bunch entertained with a dessert lunch on Wednesday a few friends for the pleaasure of her house guests, Mrs. Hazel Peterson, sister of Mrs Bunch, and Mrs. F. W. Peterson, visitors from College Place, Wash. Needlework provided the afternoon’s diversion. Ladies present were Mrs. C. W. Gano, Mrs. O. B. Howe, Mrs. Earl Nosier, Mrs. M. Earl Wilson, Mrs. Joseph Grebel, Mrs. Geo. Sher wood, Mrs. H. A. Young, Mrs. D. D. Dale, the honor guests and hostess. Miss Carol Peterson, small niece of Mrs. Bunch, entertained the visitors with several violin selections, which added to the afternoon’s pleasure. Steve’s Grocery Mrs. Susie Folsom and Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Ulett, Mrs. Ulett being grand na:shal of Oregon. Last evening Beulah chapter officers were in charge of initiatory work in the Ban don chapter, with quite a delegation from here. A week from Monday the Job’s Daughters will hold Easter services immediately following the regular bethel session, to which parents, friends and the public generally, are invited. The services will begin about 8:30 o'clock. Last Sunday the Daughters assembled at the Pioneer Methodist church in observance of the go-to-church movement in bethel organizations. i Miss Dean Harding was hostess to the K Club, at Coquille hotel, Tuesday evening, for contract bridge; the fol lowing members and guests partici pating in play: Miss Kathleen Mc Clintock, Miss Jean Young, Miss Marjorie McClellan, Mesdames John Hawkins.
