She was quite sick for a few days but is re covering now. Mrs. Nile Miller had the misfor tune to slip while she was working Saturday and break her leg. The fracture was reduced Monday and she is resting as easily as can be ex pected. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Rowan and chil dren, of Sixes, spent Sunday visiting Mr. and Mrs. Alex Barklow. < Mis. Wallace Miller and daughters, Maxine and Colleen, arrived Sunday from Portland to visit relatives in tliis lection for a time.
