Johnson, Roy Neal, A. B. Collier and Bert Kay. Following dessert at seven o’clock, the evening was spent playing contract bridge, With Mrs. James Brady holding high score. Mrs. Hal Pierce entertained hei Monday night , bridge club this wee) with a seven o'clock dessert, the fol lowing b44ng present: Mesdames J. A Lamb, Muri Pettit, E W Lorenz, Geo. Lorenz, J. L. Smith, R. F. Mil'ei and A. O. Walker. The members and guests enjoying the evening were Mesdames Litzenberger, Gant, Walk er, Estes, Ruble, Anderson, Thomas and Belloni. Mrs: E. A. H. Haterd was hostess to her contract bridge club yesterday, comprising two tables. Mrs. Lafe Compton was a special guest for the afternoon, the members in attendance being Mrs. Geo. Chaney, Mrs. F. S. Emery, Mrs. J. A. Lamb, Mrs. A. E. Bradford, Mrs. R. L. Stewart and Mrs. F. L. Greenough. Miss Ruby Taylor had a moot de lightful jamboree at her home hursday evening. She made up rips in the Fresh Air Taxi Cab for the following distinguished guests 4r and Mrs Kingfish, Madam Queen, Andy and Amos, Peaches, Susi«, Aunt Lillian, Ughtnin*. the ^raveling man and Pat Pending. The raveling man took Lightnin’ for one ast ride but Andy and Susie made •he fastest ride of the. evening, so vere suitably rewarded.
