Mrs Pat Rickard and baby were
dismissed from the hospital and re
turned to their home in Myrtle Point
last Sunday.
Mrs. Chas. Trumble, of Bandon,
underwent a major operation on
Monday morning, from which he is
recovering nicely.^
Mrs. E. Cornwell, of Bandon, is in

Miss Elma Avery, of this city, was
rushed to the hospital Tuesday for an
emergency operation for appendicitis.
Mrs. Wm. Willett, of Lee, met with
a very painful accident Thursday, al
most severing the thumb from her
hand, with an axe. the wound re
quiring several stitches. After sev
eral hours’ stay in the hospital, she
was able to return home.
