On the democratic ticket Martin re ceived 46,372 vote« for governor, Ma honey 32,962, giving Martin a ma jority of 13,410. Jas. W. Mott defeated A. M. Devers fqr the republican nomination for con- grass in the first district, 48,073 to 17,289. In the democratic race Tur ner scored 13,273, Delzell 10,874 and Gosa 6,384. , Judge John L. Rand defeated Goo. I R. Bagley for- position No. 4 on the supreme bench, 115,756 to 86,812. For secretary of state on the re publican ticket, Snell received 88,552 and Abrams 47,941. On the democrat ic ticket Walter received 82,617, Lo gan 19,451, and Shelton 16,026. The vote on the measures was: County indebtedness and funding bond amendment, Yes 83,424; No 96,- «29.
