O. Walker and Mrs. T. B. Currie hostesses. Attending were Mrs. A. J. Sherwood, Mrs. George Sherwood, Mrs. E. L. Vinton, Mrs. Geo. W. Taylor, Sr., and Mrs. Annie Robinson. Tea was served and the afternoon was spent in sewing. The Payt Matrons and Patrons Club of the Order of Eastern Star will meet at the home of Mrs. Julius Ruble, *¡09 Third street, Tuesday, May 22nd. The committee in charge is composed of Mrs. Julius Ruble, Mrs. E. L. Vinton, Lafe Compton and Theodore Clinton. Mrs. J. E. Paulson and Mrs. O. B. Spires were hostesses for two delight ful dessert luncheons and bridge par ties given at the Paulson home on South Coulter street, one of which was given Monday and the second Wednesday. The rooms were attrac tively decorated with large bouquets of pink snapdragons, sweet peas and roses, while on the small tables were dainty bouquet* of pink sweet peas and blue forget-meetote. Monday high scores were held by Mrs. Lafe Compton and Mrs. W. 8. SftckeU and Wednesday by Mrs. Bert Folsom and Mrs. John L. Aasen.
