Junior Hi Oratorical Contest The second Junior High oratorical contest is being held with Bsndon this afternoon. Last yesr Coquille won. Those who went to Bsndon with Miss Shone were Howsrd Hicksm, Martha Carrier, Margaret Belloni and Maxine Brining, as alternate. The other team which is contesting st 2:30 here is: Barbsrs Oderkirk, Melba Varney, Doris Compton and Robert Waggoner, alternate. The judges are Lyman Carrier, J. Arthur Berg and Ned C. Kelley.
