Eart Markham is held on a bad check charge, his bonds having been set at $500 by Justice Maybee at North Bend. John Hartman, for assault with a dangerous weapon at the Bay, was bound over to the grand jury and his bond set at >2000 by Justice Bolt. Lyle Swift and Harry Bushnell were lined >25 each by Justioe Dodge at Myrtle Point, for conducting them selves in a disorderly manner on the highway. Swift paid his fine. Fred Swanton, of Reedsport, who caused a four-car wreck on the high way this side of Marshfield last Fri day morning, was lined >75. Jack Turner, arrested for theft of carnival funds at Marshfield last week, was fined >50. Joe Wills, arrested by Traffic Officer Currie for driving while intoxicated' and for failure to stop and render aid. was fined >250 on the two chargee ' by Justice GBea at Bandon. I CYLINDER !
