(b) For a decree that plaintiff’s mortgage is a first lien against premises described in said mortgage; that said mortgage be foreclosed and that the real property described in the mortagage be sold on execution in the manner provided by law and the proceeds of said sale be applied toward the satisfaction of said judg ment. (c) That plaintiff have judgment against defendants, Harmon Powell, and his wife, Minnie E. Powell, and each of them for any deficiency that may remain after the application of the proceeds from said sale as here inbefore stated and for such other and additional relief as the Court may deem meet and equitable.
