YOUR BIRTHDAY by Stella Wilder
Born today, you have been endowed with
all the talents and characteristics required of
one who is destined to be a leader, but what
exact shape or form that leadership will take
may be uncertain through much of your early
life, until circumstances conspire to push you
to the front of the crowd and you are able to
translate opportunity into accomplishment --
for yourself and for those who choose to fol-
low you.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) -- The more
decisive you are today, the better -- but use
caution when negotiating for something that
is an unknown quantity. Do your research.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) -- You try
using something that is supposed to work
better than your do-it-yourself method, but
don’t be surprised if it isn’t to your taste.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) -- It

may soon be that the help you’ve grown so
accustomed to is no longer available to you.
Are you ready to go it alone?
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) -- You
must be willing to face facts today, even when
they don’t align with your view of things -- or
especially then. Something new beckons.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) -- You can
use what happens today very much to your
advantage, but take care that you don’t start
doing things in an overly clandestine manner.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) -- You may be
suspected of wrongdoing today, but if you are
given time to defend yourself, you’ll be able to
present a foolproof case.
ARIES (March 21-April 19) -- You must
employ patience today if you want negotia-
tions to pan out as hoped. Now is not the time
to make hasty or ill-timed demands.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20) -- Your natu-
ral magnetism may be on display throughout
much of the day, though it’s not likely to get
