By John Vollinger

LA GRANDE — For the 21+ crowd, the
Eastern Oregon Beer Festival is return-
ing to the Union County Fairgrounds on
Saturday, June 25.
Brewers from Eastern Oregon and
beyond will congregate with a selection
of beers and ciders to fi t any preference
or palate. Tickets can be purchased at
Benchwarmer’s, Side A or Tap That, as
well as online at eobeerfest.org.
General admission passes to the La
Grande festival can be purchased for
$30 — saving you the extra $5 you’ll
spend if you wait to purchase at the gate
— giving you access to live music, food
and drink, and local crafts. The pass
includes four drink tokens.
You can mark this as an educational
event as well, as there will be a Q&A with
the brewers.
Still available (as of the writing of this)
are VIP passes of a limited supply. These
can be purchased for $50, and give the

All passes come with a

proceeds support La Grande Main Street
Downtown, a nonprofi t organization
dedicated to aiding in the “community
and business development, community
events and beautifi cation” of downtown
La Grande.
Those who don’t drink can still fi nd
food and music at the festival, and entry
is just $5.

want a refresher on what breweries have
participated, or perhaps you have not
