YOUR BIRTHDAY by Stella Wilder
Born today, you are almost always able to
stand your ground, no matter what kind of
challenge comes your way, and you are not
about to compromise your principles or
beliefs for any reason whatsoever -- even
when faced with others that are contradictory
but just as viable. You are strong, confident
and capable, and you know how to harness the
power of words to persuade and convince with
authority and effectiveness.
THURSDAY, MAY 19
TAURUS (April 20-May 20) -- You’ll find it
useful today to switch locations or positions
several times; a new environment and a new
view can serve as inspiration to you.
GEMINI (May 21-June 20) -- A request
comes to you from an unknown source, and
you must track down its origin today before
you give it any serious consideration.
CANCER (June 21-July 22) -- You have
what others want, but in order to keep it for
yourself, you’re going to have to share some-
thing that is equally dear to you.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) -- You can get ahead
of the game today without putting too much
pressure on yourself. The clock works in your
favor -- as do certain key allies.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) -- You’ll find
yourself in between duties on more than one
occasion today, and this time can be used very
productively as you make a new plan.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) -- The simpler
the idea today, the more likely it will be to
come to fruition -- but it may not be the most
satisfying thing you’ve worked on lately.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) -- What you
hear through the grapevine cannot be relied
upon -- but the mere fact that people are talk-
ing that way teaches you a key lesson.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) -- The
TUESDAY, MAY 17, 2022
task of overseeing someone who is difficult to
contain may fall to you today -- but you have
a new and clever way of getting the job done.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) -- Many of
those passing by your door today will be able
to provide you with important information --
all you have to do is ask in the right way.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) -- There’s no
call today for any behavior that strikes others
as rude or disrespectful. Proper words and
actions come easily to you right now.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) -- What you’ve
done over the past few days is worth some
appreciation -- but not just by you and those
working with you. Share it with others.
ARIES (March 21-April 19) -- You have
the chance to break through a personal barrier
today and come closer than ever before to an
important goal -- but you must let go.
