“Family Law”
From Canada comes this dramedy that fol-
lows a group of flawed family members who
reluctantly work together at their father’s
law firm in downtown Vancouver. Jewel
Staite (“Firefly”), Victor Garber (“Legends
of Tomorrow”), Genelle Williams (“Ware-
house 13”) and Zach Smadu (“The Ex-
panse”) head the cast.

Douglas Tirola’s 2015 documentary is a
love letter to the iconoclastic and often
outrageous National Lampoon magazine,
including extensive and previously unseen
archival material and illustrations from its
pages. The film also includes new interviews
with Chevy Chase, “Animal House” director
John Landis, Kevin Bacon, Tim Matheson,
Beverly D’Angelo, writer P.J. O’Rourke,
Billy Bob Thornton, John Goodman and a
host of others.

after getting a perm her clueless parents got
her at a beauty school, 13-year-old Aure-
lie (Kira McLean, “The Veil”) schemes to
raise the money to get it corrected in this
1980s-set 2017 comedy from writer/director
Colette Burson (“Hung”). Patricia Arquette
and Rainn Wilson also star.
Forced to join her high school’s track team,
an aspiring artist uses it as an opportunity
to pursue the girl she has a crush on — that
is, until she starts falling for one of her
teammates in this romantic comedy from
director Sammi Cohen in her feature film
directorial debut. Rowan Blanchard, Auli’i
Cravalho, Isabella Ferreira and Tyler Alvarez
