“Movie: All the Old Knives”
A veteran CIA operative (Chris Pine, “Star
Trek”) is reunited with an ex-lover (Thand-
iwe Newton, “Westworld”) when he is as-
signed to root out a mole among his former
colleagues at the agency’s Vienna office after
an information leak resulted in the loss of
more than 100 lives in this thriller movie
from director Janus Metz (“Borg vs. McEn-
roe”). Laurence Fishburne and Jonathan

“Outer Range”
Things come to a head when a mysterious
black void appears at the edge of a Wyo-
ming rancher family’s land in this trippy
Western thriller series from creator, writer
and executive producer Brian Watkins. Josh
Brolin (“Milk”), Imogen Poots (“I Know
This Much Is True”), Lili Taylor (“American
Crime”) and Tom Pelphrey (“Ozark”) head

“The Beverly Hillbillies”
This 1962-71 CBS fish-out-of-water sitcom
followed the misadventures of the Clam-
petts, a poor backwoods family from the
Ozarks who struck oil on their land and
subsequently moved to the land of “swim-
ming pools, movie stars.” It features an
ensemble cast of Buddy Ebsen, Irene Ryan,
Donna Douglas and Max Baer and was a
ratings hit in its first two seasons, which
