The truth, however, is that you are never an “overnight success” but rather one who has worked tirelessly for all that you have, and who has planned for the future in a manner that is creative, thorough and certainly mem- orable to those who work with you to achieve your desired ends. You may, now and then, be conflicted about what it is you should be doing with yourself, personally or profession- ally. MONDAY, MARCH 14 PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) -- Instructions are available to you today, but you may be more in the mood to improvise -- which can be quite successful, albeit much slower. ARIES (March 21-April 19) -- A situation you never thought would develop “on your watch” does just that today -- but quick action on your part can avert disaster, surely. TAURUS (April 20-May 20) -- You’ve been caught between two negative influences for long enough, and today is the day to declare your independence from both of them! GEMINI (May 21-June 20) -- “Yes” and “no” may be the answers you’re looking for today, but the questions you’re asking are far more complicated than that. Be ready. CANCER (June 21-July 22) -- You’ll be impressed with how someone you look up to handles a tricky situation, and before the day is over, you may be able to do much the same. LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) -- Now is not the time to put off any part of your plan; now that you’ve started, you’re going to want to stick to the schedule you’ve built. VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) -- You may want to keep your distance from another today, despite any affection or other ties between you, but your reason is more than acceptable. LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) -- Your success is a friend’s success today -- and vice versa. It’s time to acknowledge that there is more here than just a casual interaction. SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) -- You may be suspected of doing something that is so far from something you’d do that it is laughable -- but the charges must be taken seriously. SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) -- You may get an earlier start today than you had planned, which will leave you with more time later on to deal with an unexpected develop- ment. CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) -- You may be the one called upon today to arbitrate an issue that has been at play between two conflicting parties for a very long time. AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) -- The rami- fications of what you do today will be felt by others tomorrow and long after that -- but that is your intention, is it not? MONDAY, MARCH 14, 2022 YOUR BIRTHDAY by Stella Wilder Born today, you are never one to shrink from a challenge, especially one that you sus- pect will compel you to dig deeper and work harder to improve yourself and expand your body of knowledge -- and experience, too. You may not seem to be as disciplined as you might be, but the fact is that you always have some kind of “system” that you use to channel your energies in the right ways, and after all, who but you knows best what is good for you? TUESDAY, MARCH 15 PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) -- You’ll have much to do with someone else’s business today, even when you are told that you don’t -- but this will require a sensitive approach. ARIES (March 21-April 19) -- You can do what you’ve planned to do, but the overall tone of the day may not be what you expected. Adjustments need only be minimal. TAURUS (April 20-May 20) -- You may be worried about keeping yourself afloat today, but there are plenty of people around you who can help you when things get dicey. GEMINI (May 21-June 20) -- A request for assistance may have to be voided today, as you find yourself in a situation that takes prece- dence. Take time to think! CANCER (June 21-July 22) -- You may think that you have a limitless amount of enthusiasm for a certain key endeavor, but today’s events begin to suggest otherwise. LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) -- You’ll require the assistance of one who’s been where you are now standing, if only to assure you that your instincts are correct. Ask for it! VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) -- Questions of profit and loss will percolate to the surface today, and what everyone was hinting about will likely become a very hot topic. LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) -- You may be frustrated by the seeming lack of order around you today, but you can restore it with a few quick flourishes of your magic wand! SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) -- You’ll want to talk briefly about what is in store today with those who have chosen to accompany you -- before things really get started. SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) -- A situation develops quickly that will give you the advantage if you snatch it from another -- but is that really the way you operate? CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) -- Your desire for peace and quiet may not be respect- ed by everyone today, and you’ll have to make sure your boundaries are clear. AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) -- Someone in a tricky situation may have simply kicked that can down to your end of the street -- but you can deal with it once and for all.
