appears to be a setback really isn’t one at all
-- and you know it deep down. It’s time for you
to be paid what you are owed.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) -- A
plan made some time ago is finally put into
motion today -- but not necessarily by you.
When the time comes, you must have your
say.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) -- The
stakes are raised considerably today, and quite
possibly even before you become involved.
You can affect everyone’s game plan.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) -- You must
make no decisions now if you are at all uncer-
tain. Only by standing behind your own
beliefs can you progress today.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) -- A little
guesswork moves you ahead of the pack today,
but you’ll have to keep working hard to stay
there, as competition will be fierce.

YOUR BIRTHDAY by Stella Wilder
Born today, you are a firm believer in the
importance of family in one’s life -- and yet
your definition of “family” may differ dra-
matically from that which is most common.
While you have a healthy respect for blood
relations, the truth is that you believe that one
chooses “family,” and establishes close and
lifelong bonds based on elements that are far
more significant to you than blood alone.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) -- You don’t
have to take too seriously the criticism you
receive today, as it comes from a source who
isn’t aware of everything that’s going on.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) -- You can
expect things to slow down some, but instead
of labeling this a “slump,” you can actually use
this phase to devise a new plan of attack.

make no errors today as you take stock of the
resources available to you. Appearances can be
deceiving -- at first.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20) -- How a cer-
tain project is funded will be foremost in your
mind today, as you know that the opportuni-
ties you have today may soon disappear.
GEMINI (May 21-June 20) -- The unusual
attracts your attention today, but not in the
way you may expect. You’ll likely be involved
in something “shadowy” by day’s end.
CANCER (June 21-July 22) -- You can
expect to be surprised on at least two or three
occasions today -- but that expectation won’t
minimize the impact of what happens.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) -- A question is
answered today for the last time -- just as you
come upon a new mystery waiting to be
solved. A pattern starts all over again.
