Emergency Small Business
& Micro-Enterprise Assistance
Grant Program funded with
Community
Development
Block Grant funds from the
Oregon
Business
Devel-
opment Department. The
location of the project is
throughout Baker County. It is
estimated that the project has
benefited at least 17 persons
of whom 100% were low or
moderate income.
A public hearing will be
held by the Baker County
Commissioners during their
regular commission meeting
at 9:05 a.m. on September 1,
2021 in the Commissioner’s
Conference Room at the
Baker County Courthouse,
1995 3rd Street, Baker City,
OR. You may also join this

www.bakercounty.org/online/
meetings.html.
The purpose of the hearing is
for the County Commission
to obtain citizens views about
the project and to take
comments about the local
government’s performance.
Written
comments
are
also welcome and must be

bakercounty.org. Both oral
and written comments will be
reviewed by the County
