A train departs McEwen Station at 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 25, and travels to Sumpter for an evening of star gazing. Fares are $18 adults, $15 seniors/military, $10 youth. Train rides on Saturday and Sunday, June 26 and 27, will leave from the Sumpter Station for four short runs to the river and back. Times are 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. Fares are $15 adults, $13 seniors/military, $8 youth. Tickets can be purchased at sumptervalleyrailroad.org. New classes added to Crossroads schedule BAKER CITY — Crossroads Carnegie Art Center has added two new classes to the summer line up. “Country Western Line Danc- ing” will run through Aug. 12 in two-week sessions. Classes meet Mondays and Thursdays from 4-5 p.m. Cost per two-week session is $32 for Crossroads members, or $48 for nonmembers. “Dance Class with Ms. Amy” will be offered for ages 7-10 and 11-18. Classes meet July 5-8; July 12-15; July 19-21; Aug. 2-5; Aug. 9-12. Cost per week is $32 members, $48 nonmembers.
