“Movie: DNA”
French filmmaker Maiwenn (“Polisse,”
“The Price of Success”) co-wrote,
directed and stars in this 2019 drama
in which she plays a Frenchwoman who
decides to explore her Algerian roots
following the death of her grandfather.
Fanny Ardant, Louis Garrel, Dylan
Robert and Marine Vacth are also in the
cast of this French/Algerian production.
