Crossroads Carnegie Art Center During October, Crossroads Carnegie Art Center, 2020 Auburn Ave., will feature a group theme show titled “Voyage and Vehicle,” presented by the Treasure Valley Artists Alliance. The show focuses on real and imaginary adventures and journeys of humor, calamity and triumph. “We try to keep our themes interesting enough to spark imagi- nation, but broad enough to allow membership of diverse media, interests and backgrounds to find the themes engaging,” said Claire Remsberg, art curator of Treasure Valley Artists Alliance. The show begins First Friday and will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. After 5 p.m., enter through the center’s Second Street entrance. Remsberg will be on site after 5 p.m. to discuss art with visitors. “We also hope for a surprise visit from other artists participating in the group show,” said Crystal Rainwater, community art director for Crossroads.
