A public meeting of the Budget
Committee of the 4-H & Ex-
tension Service District, Union
County, State of Oregon, to
discuss the budget for the fis-
cal year July 1, 2020 to June
30, 2021, will be held at the
Misener Conference Room,
1001 4th Street, La Grande,
OR, and by remote confer-
encing. The meeting will take
place on June 10th, 2020, at
8:30 a.m. Public testimony will
not be taken pursuant to the
Governor’s Executive Order
20-16, but will be allowed via
teleconference. To listen to the
meeting, or participate in the
public comment opportunity,
obtain the connection informa-
tion call 541-963-1010 by June
9th at 5:00 p.m., or email

oregonstate.edu.
The purpose of the meeting is
to receive the budget message
and to receive comment from
the public on the budget. A
copy of the budget document
may be inspected or obtained
on or after May 29, 2020 by
calling the Oregon State Uni-
versity Extension Service at

hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00
p.m. This is a public meeting
where deliberation of the Bud-
get Committee will take place.
Any person may participate in
the meeting and discuss the
proposed programs with the
Budget Committee. Written
comments must be received
by 12:00 noon on June 9th

A meeting of the Elgin Ceme-
tery District will be held June
24, 2020 at 10 a.m. at 300 N 7th
Ave., Elgin, OR. The purpose
of the meeting is to adopt the
budget for fiscal year beginning
July 2, 2020 as approved by the
Elgin Cemetery Budget Commit-
tee. A summary of the budget
is presented below. A copy may
be obtained at 300 N 7th Ave.,
Elgin between the hours of 10
a.m. and 2 p.m.
The budget is for an annual bud-
get period. This budget was pre-
pared on a basis of accounting
that is the same as the preced-
ing year.

get Committee of the City of
Enterprise, Wallowa County,
State of Oregon, to discuss the
budget for the fiscal year July
1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will
be held at the Enterprise City
Hall (Council Chambers) on
June 10th, 2020 at 5:30PM.
The City of Enterprise Bud-
get Committee previously ap-
proved the budget for the fiscal
year July 1, 2020 to June 30,
2021 on May 13th, 2020. On
June 2nd, 2020 an error was
found in the Enterprise Waste-
water (Sewer) Fund. Prior to
making the required chang-
es, the Budget Officer for the
City of Enterprise will present
the corrections and ask for
re-approval of the Wastewater
(Sewer) Fund Budget and ap-
proval of Capital Improvement
(Fund 16, Sewer). There will be
a time for comments and ques-
tions from public, or comments
and questions can be emailed
to finance@enterpriseoregon.
org at least 2 hours prior to the
meeting start time of 5:30PM.
The Enterprise City Hall is lo-
cated at 102 E. North St., En-
terprise OR 97828. This is a
public meeting where deliber-
ation of the Budget Committee
will take place.
