This new five-part documentary series ex-
amines the significant role Asian Americans
have played in shaping American history
and identity, starting with the first wave of
Asian immigrants in the 1850s, spanning
the identity politics that emerged in the
20th century and reaching into the modern
refugee crises in a globally connected
world. The 2010 U.S. Census identified this
demographic as the fastest growing racial-
ethnic group in the United States, but this
docu-series unfolds via individual lives and
personal histories.

this character-driven action drama to end
each season with some sort of extreme
emergency, and such is the case once
again in “What’s Next?,” the Season 3
finale that finds the heroes of the 118 rush-
ing to save as many lives as possible in
the traumatic aftermath of a colossal train
derailment. Angela Bassett, Peter Krause,

Bakeaway Camp With Martha Stewart
Equal parts baking boot camp and camp-
inspired games and challenges, this new
four-episode competition assembles six
talented home bakers in the great outdoors,
where they try to hone their skills under the
watchful eye of baking mentor Martha Stew-
art and her camp counselors, Carla Hall and
Dan Langan. Each episode comprises two
rounds, with the most impressive competitor
winning a one-on-one session with Stewart
in her home kitchen. The least impressive
baker each week goes home, until the
winner scores a $25,000 kitchen and appli-
ances. Jesse Palmer hosts.
