It is on file at City Hall and with the Agency. The full information is available to all interested persons. In FY 2017/2018, the Agency received $734,314 in property tax revenue. Expenditures from FY 2017/2018 were $1,759,902 and $1,645,365 for the general fund and debt fund respectively. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2018/2019 are $677,555. The 2018/2019 budget includes $958,073 and $723,355 in resources for the general fund and debt fund respectively and $1,361,558 and $1,354,515 in requirements for the gen- eral and debt fund respectively. The estimated impact of carrying out the urban renewal plan on the tax collections for the preceding year for all taxing districts is shown in the table below.
