Any woman or girl in Josephine county is entitled to enter tho con­ test except of course professional cooks, and employes of the Courier and their families. 3. Insofar as possible the food­ stuffs used In tho cooking contest are to be the same as used In the cooking classes. 4. The contest is to be divided In­ to three classes: Bread. and Cake. and 5.
