home economist, on June 24. 25, 26
and 2T, at the Woodman Hall from
2 until 4:30 every afternoon.

Rnlea governing the baking con­
test:—The rules are few and simple
—here they are:
1. Articles entered in the baking
contest are to be baked at home in
any kind of stove or range.
2. Any woman or girl in Josephine
county is entitled to enter the con­
test except of course professional
aooks. and employes ot the Courier
and their families.
3. Insofar as possible the food­
stuffs used in the cooking content
are to be the same as used in the
cooking classes.
4. The contest is to be divided in­
to three classes: Rread,
Cake.
5. Any kind ot bread,
cake may be entered.
