Rivoli— New 'Robert Alorton Orchestral Pipe organ with ••Betty” Brown in solo selections, next Sunday. June 1st. » J. L. Mitchell, of Merlin, will re- turn to Watsonville, Cal., by auto in a short time to load a car of fur- niture which he will have shipped to Merlin and to bring his family back with him. He states that there will be three families from California and one from Canada who expect to set- tie here. Mr. Mitchell and his broth- er, G. E. . Mitchell, have been here about six weeks 'buying cows and getting a dairy farm established at Merlin. ' They intend to establish a milk, cream and produce route In Grants Pass, having had several years experience in that line. For years, food and cooking experts have realized that scientific cooking could only be obtained through complete oven control. The big problem was to get this complete control. There have been many attempts and some partial successes. A temperature control alone cannot give complete oven control because it only regulates the temperature and not the distribution of heat in the oven. What else is necessary to give complete oven control? The answer is plain— in addition to a temperature control-^there must be a means of distributing the heat, uniformly through the oven—so every part of the oven will be at the sam«- temperature.
