When he returned home he persuaded his father to let him put In a water system. He rigged up a gasoline engine and pump at the spring under the hill. He had learned a little about plumbing, so he did all the pipe fitting in the house. One month's work at odd times, coupled with » little of the k'nowlege he had gained at the State College of Agricul ture put the water right Into the kitchen. Jeff has gone back to com plete Ids college education : and they’re still raising better pigs at the Ander son farm.
