association of the state. The object
is to eliminate Inequalities now exist­
ing among districts which long have
been the target of criticism. Under
the proposed bill school districts
would be dtvided into three classes,
city districts, village districts, hav­
ing from 500 to 1000 pupils, and
county districts.
