This photograph, the first available in New York, which was sent by
telegraph, shows Nicholas Arnstein. husband of Fannie Brice, celebrated
actress, the man for whom a world wide police net is spread. Arnsteins
arrest ik expected soon, lie was the leader of a plot through which $2.
300.000 worth of bonds and securities was stolen. Two accomplices of
his have confessed their part in the crime, saying Arnstein double-
crossed them. The wife of the hun ed tyon swears that he is innocent
and that he will soon present hitnsei' for exoneration.
