'Morris, the father, who was shot, instead of Robert Morris, as first reported. 'Sir. Morris was shot by a son-in-law. Van Buskirk, who in a drunken condition was attempt ing to beat' his wife when -she took refuge at her father's home. The condition of Mr. -Morris, who Is 73 years old, is considered serious.
