Advance In Advertising IUUe Beginning October 1 display ad vertising rate In the Daily Courier will be advanced to 20 cent per Inch, although this advance will not be applied to advertisements running In the Courier by the month. Other may secure the old rate before October 1 on contract for definite amount of space. There ha been no change In advertising rates on the Courier for the past 22 years, the rate being tbe same even when the circulation wa much smaller than at present.
