REOPENING OF 1 JOY The remodeling of the Joy thea tre, which has been in progress for the past two months, will be com pleted early next week, and Wed nesday, August 27, has been net as the opening day, "Mrs. Wlggs of the Cabbage Patch" will be the opening attraction, with a 10-cent matinee for the children In the afternoon and regular performance in the evening. The 'improvements to the theatre include lowered floor, the Installa tion of a furnace, renovating and decorating the walls, nd changing of the front to enlarge the lobby.
