Mrs. Fannie Andrews, aged pio neer of Josephine county and widow of Moses Andrews, died at her home Sunday morning, April 6, aged 73 years 11 months and 11 day. ' Mrs. Andrews, who has bees a resident of Grants Pass for nearly 30 years, has been living alone in her little home on Eleventh street, neighbors and church friends visiting her fre quently. A tew days ago she had a severe fall which . severely injured her and Blie was unable to ra'Jy from the shock. Mrs. Andrews has been a life long member of the Baptist church. She is survived by a nephew, Melviu Andrews, of this . place, and two sisters, 'Mrs... J. C. Smiley, of Sun Dance, Wyo.. and Mrs. Ann RadlifT, of Stranberry, Mo. Mr. Ferris discussed the subjejet "The Greatest Need of a Minister," and ared a better appreciation ot the rtMuion between the minister's spir itual power and the necessities grow ing out of the present world situa tion. Following this address a dis cission. In whk all members par ticipated, emphasised a many-sided conception of the problem. The association adjourned and had lunch, with ihe Chamber of Com merce, and s; ent the afternoon with friends. The next meeting will be held in Ashland. The flags over the company's plants over the northwest are flying at half mast. The death of Mr. Rheams makes the second Standard Oil president who has died within a year. (rami Jury Meet Judge F. M.
