C, will be of Inter est to many: "As the season is at hand when the farmer wants saltpeter for cur ing meats it Is timely, and the rul ings are as follows: "1 All regulations relating to In gredients not used or Intended to be used in the manufacture of explo sives are revoked and no further 11 cense of such Ingredients will be re quired. "2. All regulations relating to fireworks are revoked and no fur ther license of fireworks will be re quired. - 3. All regulations relating to platinum, Iridium and palladium and compounds thereof are revoked and no further license of platinum. Iridium and palladium will be re quired. "May I state that licenses for ex plosives, such as blasting powder, dynamite, etc., are still required un der the federal explosives regulation act as in the past. Licenses for the purchase of Ingredients,, other than If wanted for the manufacture of ex plosives, are no longer required." Doctors W Local physicians state that many cases ot influenza are contracted by people not guarding themselves against the disease, in that they will go visit people who are sick and shake hands with those who have severe colds. The physicians also say that most deaths from pneu monia following Influenza are the result of patients not taking proper care of themselves. KIM KM, Mauager DIES OF INFLUENZA Mrs. Addle Watson died In this city Monday night at 11:50, of pneu monia following Influenza, at the age of 46 years. Mrs. Watson has been 111 since Thanksgiving. She leaves one son, R. H. Watson, and one daughter, Mrs. J. Culp, both of whom reside here. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at the Hall chapel and Interment will take place In the Granite Hill cemetery.
