Peone arrived In tbe city today, trav eling by automobile from Phoenix, Arizona, to Spokane, .Washington. They experienced no serious trouble along the route except that It was necessary to ship their automobile by rail from Hornbrook to Ashland, the rosd over the Siskiyou summit not yet being open. The roads are re ported as fast drying np. a stretch of 10 miles this side of Dunsnralr being the worst experienced thus far. The gentlemen are carrying their camp ing outfit with them, being the first camping tourists to make the trip this spring.
