day, after a membership of but a few

sage of legislation favored by Presi

to attain business economy, mucked

and declared for a budget system of
national appropriations.

today after slashing his wrists and
jumping from the fifth story of the
Hoyt hotel in an attempt at sniclde.
He told a friend that he was disap

wrists with a piece of glass In his
room. Then he walked through the
hallway, leaving a trail of blood and
jumped , through . the window. He
