termined to anger Mr. Huston's friends

tion, is a alight-of-hand performance
that is needful of some explanation, so
say the deluded voters who took the ne
cessary trouble and time to apiwnd their
signatures thereunto. The southeast
"end" baa received the "Icy hand"
once more, and the question naturally
arises when is this frigid business going
to terminate? Is the choice of the
board or the will and wishes of a pre
cinct to prevail in matters of this char
