On coming back over the bar a little incident oc curred which made them hold their breath and proved to them that a ier son was running considerable risk of going to Dave Jones' locker when taking a trip to the seal rocks in a small boat. While on the bar, the little craft came in contact with one of the breakers, and for a few seconds there wa consternation on board. It nearly filled the boat with water and dtenched the occupants, and it was fortunate for the party that it did not come into contact with another breaker immediately following the one which first struck the boat.
